4. Origin of the data

The data come from the data subject (website forms, email, telephone, user registration or the purchase process). In the professional context, they may come from the person or company you work for, or from publicly accessible sources and professional directories (for example, contact details of practices, studios or installers).

We do not process special category data (health, ideology, ethnic origin or other data under Article 9 of the GDPR) or data relating to convictions or offences.

5. Recipients and data processors

We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes, except where legally required. In order to provide the service, the following processors and categories of recipients access the data:

  • •Technology platform and web hosting provider where the site and the database are hosted.
  • •Payment gateway (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.) to process order payments, which processes payment data as an independent controller.
  • •Email service and transactional communication providers.
  • •Artificial intelligence services to generate the visualisations you request or for automated technical advice.
  • •Tax, accounting and legal advisers, and banking institutions.

  • •Public authorities, courts and tribunals where there is a legal obligation.

6. International data transfers

Some of the above providers may be located outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. In such cases, the transfers are covered by a European Commission adequacy decision (for example, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where necessary. You can request further information by writing to hola@cementdesign.shop.
